Wounded Warriors
In an effort to help our heroes that have been wounded we created bags that we send items that the Wound Warriors may be able to use when they first come in and when they are transferred out to Germany or back to the states. When a troop is first brought in injured clothes and personal belongings don’t follow them initially so we pack items in a back pack that they can be given when they first come in and after they are stabilized. This gives them the ability to have something to start gather items that they may get as they come in but don’t yet have their own personal belongings. Some of the items that we are seeking are:
New Book Bags
Sweat pants Medium, Large and X-Large any color
White T-Shirts (Heavy cotton)
White calf high socks
Word search and cross words books
Hand hand games
Pens and writing paper
Get well cards
Hygiene bags
Tooth brushes and tooth paste
